1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Screen4Job at screen4job.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and candidates who use the platform.

If you are using Screen4Job on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2 About Screen4Job

Screen4Job is a candidate screening portal operated by Everydoor Marketing LLC. It is used exclusively to screen, evaluate, and onboard candidates for the CityGuru Sales Representative program in the Los Angeles area.

Screen4Job is not a general job board. It does not list jobs from third-party employers and does not operate as an employment agency.

3 Eligibility

To use Screen4Job you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Reside in or near one of the eight cities served: Pasadena, Santa Clarita, Burbank, Glendale, Lancaster, Northridge, Los Angeles, or Long Beach
• Have previously submitted an application through apply4-job.com

We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who does not meet these requirements.

4 Account Registration

To take the screening quiz, you must register for an account using a valid email address and a password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials confidential
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

You may not create more than one account. Creating duplicate accounts to retake a failed quiz is prohibited and will result in permanent disqualification.

5 Screening Quiz Rules

The screening quiz is designed to evaluate your fit for the CityGuru Sales Rep opportunity. By taking the quiz, you agree to:

• Answer all questions honestly and accurately
• Not share quiz questions or answers with others
• Not use assistance from any other person or tool to answer questions
• Accept that quiz results are final and at our sole discretion

We reserve the right to disqualify any candidate found to have cheated, misrepresented their qualifications, or violated these rules.

6 No Employment Guarantee

Completion of the screening quiz and training program does not guarantee employment, a contract, or any formal working relationship with Everydoor Marketing LLC or CityGuru.

CityGuru Sales Representatives operate as independent contractors, not employees. Passing the screening and certification process makes you eligible to receive a Partnero affiliate tracking link and begin earning commissions — it does not create an employment relationship.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any candidate at any stage of the process at our sole discretion.

7 Commission Structure

Approved CityGuru Sales Representatives earn commissions as follows:

• 30% of the first-year membership payment for each new member they refer
• 5% recurring commission on each renewal payment

Commissions are tracked through Partnero using a unique affiliate link assigned to each approved rep. All commission terms are governed by the separate Partnero Affiliate Agreement you will be asked to accept upon activation.

Everydoor Marketing LLC reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' notice to active reps.

8 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use Screen4Job to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Create multiple accounts
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce any content from the platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's operation
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Share your affiliate tracking link in a misleading or deceptive way

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account and disqualification from the CityGuru Sales Rep program.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on Screen4Job — including text, logos, training materials, quiz questions, and design elements — is the property of Everydoor Marketing LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this platform without our express written consent.

10 Disclaimers

Screen4Job is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

• The accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform
• The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform
• The results you may obtain from using the platform
• Your success as a CityGuru Sales Representative

Your use of Screen4Job is at your own risk.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Everydoor Marketing LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Screen4Job, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms shall not exceed $100 USD.

12 Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to Screen4Job at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your quiz results and associated data will be retained as described in our Privacy Policy.

13 Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

14 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users by email.

Your continued use of Screen4Job after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
